Well, my poor eyesight was another gene passed onto one of the kids. Makenna needs glasses. I think she did a great job picking them out!

Camden's Sports Birthday Party
Camden's birthday had one theme....his favorite thing in the whole world....can you guess???? SPORTS of course! It was a party with basketball, soccer, baseball, a piñata, and water balloon toss.
First the kids had to dribble the soccer ball around the cones and see who could get the fastest time.
Delaney was excited to have her BFF Daymon there.
Then basketball. Who could make the most baskets in 30 seconds?

No sports party is complete without a balloon toss.
And the basketball piñata.
Fun sports birthday cake....
What a great group of boys!!!
Daymon, Brett, Camden, Max, Joshua, Blake, Logan

Makenna's New Glasses
So, Makenna has needed glasses for a while, and we finally went out as a family and Makenna picked out a pair. I think she looks great! She only needs them for distances, and we hope it stays that way. So sorry you got my eyesight girly!! But at least you look cute. :)

Happy 7th Birthday Camden! (and Happy birthday Christian!)
It's the boys birthday and I just love this picture!
Happy birthday to Camden, the sweetest, most lovable little guy. You are so thoughtful of your sisters and take such great care of them. You have more energy than a brand new puppy, and I love that you work so hard at everything you do. A rock star at sports, a smartypants at school, and a sweet brother, what more could we ask for! I don't like to brag, but sometimes I just have to! We love you so much Cam!!!!
And happy birthday to Christian! What an amazing husband and Daddy!

Forest Lakes
We were able to get away for the weekend to go up to Forest Lakes with the kids.
The kids love being able to play outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather!
It sprinkled a bit, so the kids were excited to use the new umbrellas I bought them. That night the kids loved sitting by the fire.
And getting dressed in our warm coats.
My absolute favorite picture!!!! Love these boys!!!!
Love my girls too!!!
And of course making smores.
So much fun up north with Neena and Poppy!!!

First day of 3rd grade, 1st grade and Pre-Kindergarten
New house, new school.
This was their first year at the school right down the street, and the kids were nervous, but excited to walk to school.
This was Makenna's first day of 3rd grade with Ms. Carpenter.
Nana bought her a Justin Beiber backpack for her birthday.Camden started his first day of 1st grade with Ms. Kracht.
Camden picked a Skylanders backpack.
Love these 3rd and 1st graders.
The next week Delaney started her first day of Pre-K with Ms. Kate. She was so excited to go to school just like Kenna and Cam.

Make Your Mark
This was the first year the girls were eligible to enter the Make Your Mark competition for Shake it Up. They put together a short routine to the music provided in hopes to make it on the show.
Love these girls who called themselves "Itty Bitty Dynamite!"

Makenna's Summer Olympic Slumber Party
When Makenna was 4, she had a Olympic birthday party. Well, because her birthday is perfectly timed, she did another Olympic party when she turned 8. This time it was a slumber party, in our new house that we still hadn't completely moved into!
Of course there were games.
Maya
And water balloon toss
With the extra balloons the girls enjoyed breaking them over each others heads.
And balloon popping relays.
And limbo.
Enjoying some pizza
After the festivities, everyone earned a trophy.
All our party girls. Top row: Jenn, Torrie, Maya, Samantha, Julia, Riley, Remi Bottom Row: Morgan, Vanessa, Emma, Makenna, Delaney, Jacqueline, Macie, Bailey
Goofy girls
Opening presents
The cake
Because we hadn't moved in yet, the girls could sleep in the master bedroom. We brought our big screen t.v. upstairs and the girls watched a movie and slept (kind of)
Thanks to Megan who spent the night and helped me out with the 20 girls!!!! It was fun, but completely exhausting. Not sure we will do a slumber party that big again!
