May Recital - I'll Blow You a Kiss

So not only did we have a football tournament last weekend and Camden had 3 games, Delaney, Makenna and Christian (yes Christian too!) also had a dance recital the same day. It was a VERY busy day for everyone, but we made it through! I haven't posted anything because it took a while to get all the videos uploaded, but now you will have a few days worth of blog posts! :)

Delaney did fantastic in her dance recital. She danced a ballet routine to, "I'll Blow You a Kiss." She seems to be quite interested in dance. She wears Makenna's old costumes all around the house dancing to all different types of music. Right now she puts on Makenna's old Lollipop costume on and dances to any song she can.

Spring Football Tournament

I don't really have any pictures from the game, but Camden was an animal on the field pulling flags left and right! They had three games in one day and he didn't complain about the heat once!

He has really come a long way with his football and even further with his confidence! Football has become such a part of his life...he wants to play at home all the time! He chases the rest of us around pretending to pull our flags. He asks to play football outside every single day. It is so exciting to see him get so into something. He REALLY loves football and was truly disappointed this was the last game of the season. We look forward to next season!!

So excited he could play a season with Logan!! So proud of Logan too, he just jumped right in with a brand new sport to him and rocked!

Next up...summer basketball camps and maybe a boys hiphop class! :)

Rainbow Connection

What a great day for Makenna! She competed at Rainbow Connection and won 1st place Elite Mini overall! She got Double Platinum and $50. THEN, she was selected for their "Rainbow Mascot Award" for overall dance spirit and got to take home this HUGE bear. She was so excited!

I was finally able to buy some pictures of her routine, so you can see what it looks like. :) I also got the video, so I will have Christian upload it as soon as possible.

All the other dances did great...Minis and Juniors took 1st place Elite, and their line (the routine with the whole company) got 1st also. All routines Double Platinum. So fun!

But the best part you ask?? Makenna and her new friend, Peaches. If you squeeze his hand he makes a kissing sound and says, "I love you," and his (her?) cheecks light up! :) She tried sleeping on him the first night but he took up the whole bed!
