Camden's First Lost Tooth

Yay!  Camden lost his first tooth, right after Christmas!  He was so excited to go to school and show his teacher his new smile.  I think he looks great! :)

Christmas Day 2

For the second day, we spent the morning seeing what Santa brought, then the rest of the day at Neena and Poppy's.

Here is what Santa brought Camden:
Mario Kart K'nex, Cars 2 movie, Cars 2 Dsi, Bey Blades, Chalk Scooter, Phineas and Ferb walkie talkies
 For Makenna:
Storytime Belle, Penbo Penguin, Color purse, Hello Kitty water dispenser
 And Delaney:
Jingle the dog, Rapunzel doll, Rapunzel dress, Coco the walking dog, Dora's Enchanted Forest movie and doll
The kids were pretty excited!  Here they are waiting to go out!
Makenna went straight for her Belle doll.  I have never seen her so interested in a doll before. This doll reads a story and interacts with her pieces.
In Camden's stocking he got a screaming monkey.  Annoying and funny!
Delaney and Coco (notice the Rapunzel dress is already on)
 Beautiful Delaney and beautiful Rapunzel.
After playing with the toys, and finding the cupcakes that Santa DID leave, just like every year, we all got ready and headed over to Pat and Paul's house.

Here are the kids in their Christmas clothes.
 Pretty little lady Laney.
 Cool Cam
I was all set to do a fancy updo on Makenna, but she wanted a bow made out of hair again.  I thought it turned out cute though.  At least it's fun.

We opened a ton of presents over here, as always! :)  One of the first things we did was the boxes.  Each box has a present.  I take a picture of the kids next to their boxes every year to show how they grow.  So, I did notice the animal switched, but the height of the boxes is the same.  I think Camden will pass it next year!
Delaney grew a ton.  And she grew up so much too! (sniff, sniff)
Makenna's bow is certainly taller now! :)
Reegan had on the cutest dress, and of course I never got a picture!  But here she is with me after all the presents were done.
 And the Taylor family.
It was a great Christmas!!!

Christmas Day One

Okay, technically this was Christmas Eve, not Christmas, but we actually celebrated on this day for the very first time.  My dad worked, and my visiting cousin Niki was leaving on Christmas Day, so it just made more sense.  I'm not sure I liked it as much, but it was still great to have everyone get together.  Really, it doesn't matter what day it is as long as we can all be there together! :)

I didn't take a ton of pictures, but here is some of the fun with the cousins.

Delaney and Makenna wanted me to do their hair in a bow.  Remember that Lady Gaga hairdo?  They wanted their hair made into a bow like that.  Here is Delaney showing hers off.
 There was wrestling, of course.
 There was playtime with Daddy.
The IPad is always a hit.
 More playtime with Daddy.
Makenna walked everywhere on her hands.  You think I'm kidding, right?  I'm not, she is kind of obsessed about walking on her hands and is getting pretty good!
We all sat down and did our mad dash at presents.  Actually this year wasn't quite as bad.  The kids had to do it in some kind of order so we could see what everyone got.  I liked it so much better!

Here are the Taylors.
Makenna, Niki, and Camden.  Niki was in town for a few days, and because she stayed at my parents house (where we are living right now), we got to spend a ton of time with her.  The kids had a blast with her!
 The Farmers.
 Us
Niki got these crazy, light-up gloves....like for a rave.
Lots of electronics this year.  Kathy got a Kindle.
 Gramps got an IPad.
Makenna put a ton of her gifts together and posed them.  This is her Mickey and Minnie who are getting married, her princesses, and her fashion headbands.
A great day one!!!

Christmas with Aunt Kelley

Christmas with Aunt Kelley is always fun, and for lots of reasons.  The kids love seeing her, they love the presents she picks out for them, and it's the first Christmas presents of the season.  This year we met up with Aunt Kelley at Paradise Bakery for cookies and presents.  Delaney had her preschool program the morning of, so they kids were all dressed up for the day.

Delaney LOVED her new Squinkies.  She just kept repeating, "I've never had any Squinkies before, now I have my very own!"
Anything Phineas and Ferb and Camden is happy!

I didn't get a picture of just Makenna, but she loved her new Squinkies too.

Here they are with their Aunt Kelley!

Company Showcase

Makenna had her company showcase the day after Camden and Delaney's recital.  This is a crazy day for Makenna because she was in 12 different routines.  All the girls had a ton of costume changes, and some of them were FAST!  I was so lucky that someone took some pictures and sent them to me via facebook.

I didn't really get a video of opening number, but here is Mini and Junior Company.  Their opening number was to Let It Snow, and it was a tumbling routine.
RIGHT after opening number Makenna had to change fast and her solo was the next routine.
The rest of these routines are not necessarily in the order they were performed.  Here is tap.

All I Want For Christmas is You

All-Star Cheer

Next is All-Star Cheer. This is all of these girls first year in cheer and Makenna LOVES it!

Clowns

This is their acro/lyrical routine.  It is brand new, so it needs some work, but it will be a competition piece this year.  The costumes still have to come in too.

Hollyrock

This is their new jazz routine of the year, Hollyrock.  Just a fun routine!  It will be a competitive routine that will compete in just a few weeks.

I Can Cook Too

This is the girls trio this year.

In the Pool

These 5 girls are all 7 and from Mini Company.  This is a small group routine they have been working on that will compete.
Toy Soldier
Mini Company did a cute ballet to Nutcracker music, but unfortunately Christian was unable to video it (he was working music)  Here are some pictures someone took.

My Momma Told Me

Mini Company always keeps a routine for two years. This way the girls are better at it and they get use out of costumes.  This will compete again this year too.

Ordinary Miracle

I think this routine was my favorite.  They learned it at the end of the year last year and will compete it this year.  Something is so sweet about this lyrical routne.

I know this picture was at the top, but I just love it!

Silent Night
This is a sweet routine learned just for this recital.

It was a great recital!!!

The following Tuesday, Makenna, Bailey and Emma also performed at a senior center.  They performed their trio, but wore Christmas outfits.  I took a few of the girls before they performed.  They love just getting to perform what they love!

Love watching this girl dance!
