Dairy Farm

Last week Makenna's preschool class went to the Superstition Dairy Farm. It was an educational and fun day. We learned all about the dairy process and even saw a baby cow that had been born only 2 hours before we got there. Did you know that they insert magnets at the bottom of cows stomachs when they are young so if they eat hay that contains nuts, bolts or other tractor parts by accident, it will stick to the magnet and stay there forever! I sure didn't!

Because Riley and Logan are in the class, we had a pretty large group. Christian's mom watches the kids on Thursday, so she was there too. This is the hay ride.

Kerry, what a cute fam! I will be checking back often to see what your all up to!
I love the little army man crawl, it is crazy how they end up getting to what they want. Eventually! :)
