Some of Makenna's dance team participated in a tumbling/dance demonstration at the zoo on Saturday. It was a HOT day! The girls could only fit in 2 tumbling passes because the mat was too hot to touch. Then the girls showed a few of their dances, which was interested with so many missing girls. They did a great job though!
Camden and Delaney are always such a great audience cheering on their sister.
It was so hot after being out in the scorching sun that right after the demo, we took the kids to the water area. We spent more time there than we did looking at the animals!
We did fit in some of our favorites. Here is a baby zebra.
The spider monkeys (actually squirrel monkey's) are always a hit.
Awww.
We also checked out the snakes, a new interest of Camden's ever since he saw a rattlesnake at Neena and Poppy's!!

We had to leave the zoo early to get Camden to a birthday party where the real mascot from the Cardinals showed up!!! (Remember his football team is the Cardinals) pictures to come....
